Quality Control
Mac Electrics are currently operating the quality management system based on the International Standard ISO 9001:2000 which is certified by SGS Yarsley.
It is the policy of the Company to achieve its objectives through the operation documented procedures, within the quality assurance system that will be maintained and implemented throughout the management functions, which are properly controlled and monitored to ensure the use of quality product and prevention of the non-conformity.
Management will ensure that the importance of this policy in meeting its customers as well as statutory and regulatory requirements is communicated to all staff.
All persons within the Company are required to undergo a programme of staff training and development to ensure they understand, implement and maintain the quality policy objectives. In order to ensure the effectiveness and continual improvement of the quality management system measurable quality objectives have been set that will be regularly reported on.
The quality system and performance of the Company is reviewed at 6 monthly intervals by management within the Company in accordance with the management review procedure to ensure the continuing suitability and effectiveness in satisfying the requirements of the quality policy, objectives and procedures.
